If you do call us and we aren't available, please keep in mind we are a small business and our artisan will be extremely busy at certain times of the day creating amazing products. Please leave us a detailed message along with a contact phone number and we will endeavour to return your call the same day to answer your queries.
Any requests for changes in materials or design should be forwarded to the email address along with your order number, this will assist us in locating your order and also ensure that the changes documented are understood and applied. Confirmation of receipt will be communicated to advise we have accepted the requested changes or to clarify any point which hasn't been specific in it's request.
